Custom Dashboard Chart

I have created a new Dashboard, with data being pulled from 7 territories.  When I view the chart, it only shows 6 of the 7 territories. When I 'View Records' the data set clearly shows data for all 7 territories.  Any advice to rectify this so the chart reflects all data?

    Nya, the dashboard I attempting to create is reflecting Sales Goals vs Quotes vs Expected Sales. In Screenshot #1, you will see that all but 1 of my territories is displayed and in Screenshot #2, you will see that "BEN"; which the user for the missing territory; has active records reflected in the data being used to generate the chart.  Thank you in advance.
