Dynamics 365 apps can only be activated for your default region

Hello,

We have licences for the "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagment Plan", and i'm trying to setup an environment on wich i want to install "Sales professional" but my problem is the  following : 

Setting up the environment, i have the checkbox "Enable Dynamics 365" by defaut sets to "No" and the control is greyed out with this mention : "Currently, Dynamics 365 apps can only be activated for your default region" as you can seen on the screenshot just below.

I've tried many things, switching from "sandbox" to "production", changing language, etc... But i'm not able to figure out why i cannot change this value.

I am general administrator on the tenant.

So if one of you guys can explain me why and how to deal with this, you'de save my day :)

    Hi Acromion,

    You can set the region when creating a new within Dynamics 365. Region field appears just here :

    However, i don't know why you're having this issue for Canada Region...

    I'm having the same issue.  My tenant region is Canada.  Where do I change the region for Dynamics 365?

    Thank you so much Carlo,

    i'm in France so i choose this country as region, but selecting Europe did the trick

    Hi

    Dynamics 365 instances can only be created in the same region in which your tenant is located, by your language I believe that the one that should be selected is Europe Region.

    If the issue prevails, my recommendation would be to create a support case, so it can be reviewed by Microsoft's team.
