Hello,
We have licences for the "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagment Plan", and i'm trying to setup an environment on wich i want to install "Sales professional" but my problem is the following :
Setting up the environment, i have the checkbox "Enable Dynamics 365" by defaut sets to "No" and the control is greyed out with this mention : "Currently, Dynamics 365 apps can only be activated for your default region" as you can seen on the screenshot just below.
I've tried many things, switching from "sandbox" to "production", changing language, etc... But i'm not able to figure out why i cannot change this value.
I am general administrator on the tenant.
So if one of you guys can explain me why and how to deal with this, you'de save my day :)
