Marketing Lists not functioning properly in CRM Online.

We have multiple static unlocked marketing lists that are not functioning as expected. I can add a member to the list, get a successful response from the API and never see the member appear in the list. I can search for the listmember entity by id, get the result and using FetchXML Builder navigate to both the Lead and the correcting Marketing List, but the member isn't listed.
