Is there a way to see the unit of measure per item/Per location/Per Lot in my Physical Inventory List (Physical Inventory Journal>Prepare>Caluclate Inventory>Print/Post>Print)?

The list shows dimensions, but not unit of measure?

If you want to change the standard report layout, you need to create a new report.

You need to contact your partner.

I'll add more. I am the end user, not the implementation partner. This is the cloud version of D365 Business Central. I do not see a navigation for "Show/Select columns"

check with "show/select columns"(context menu) if uom is available. if not then edit page in design mode, add the column.
