I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but has anyone managed to embed the first question of a Customer voice survey into a Customer insights - journey email.
We would like it so when we send an email from Customer Insights - journeys it has the same appearance as the if we sent the email directly from customer voice where and the first question from the survey is selectable. The guides say you can only use a button but i wondered if there was any updated guides that explain how to do it or if anyone had managed it.
