Where Physical Inventory Order Gets its Expected QTY

Hi

When I create Physical Inventory Order in Expected QTY I can see some Serial numbers as available SN. But when I check Item Ledger Entries those SN has remaining QTY as 0.

Where does Physical Inventory Order gets these numbers? I mean which table? It is not Item Ledger Entry for sure. But I cannot find the correct table.

Any information about Physical Inventory Order and related table will be greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

    Is this in BC SaaS or OnPrem. You can inspect pages via help to see what tables it accesses.

    Thanks.

    @Marco Mels

    Hi Marco

    Thanks. We are in SaaS.

    I did that and it use table "Exp. Phys. Invt. Tracking (5886)" but I do not know these data populate to this table from which table. Seems like it uses Table 339 "Item Application Entry" instead of table 32 "Item Ledger Entry" but I am not sure here.

    Any help will be greatly appreciate it,

    Thanks

    Hello,

    I ran the scenario in standard CRONUS. SN's remain empty after finishing and posting unless I follow documentation:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../inventory-how-count-inventory-with-documents

    Maybe you can provide me with a small scenario in standard CRONUS.

    Thanks.

    @Marco Mels

    Thanks for your help

    For sure

    Go to "Physical Inventory Order" Then create a new one. Then "Calculate Line" and select one item with SN. Make sure "Calculate Qty. Expected" is on.

    Now in Lines -> Line -> Item Tracking Lines  select Expected Tracking Lines

    You can see all SN here. But I do not know where BC pulls these SN. I mean which table BC uses to populate this table?

    Thanks again
