Data Export Service (DES) error notification

Hello!

I have set up Data Export Service and it works. Now. It did cause me some problem before. It didnt synchronize and many entities didn't get all the data/rows.
So. It got me thinking. What about building a error handler that nottifies you, myself. As it seems it isnt built in into Dynamics365 (why??) I tried looking into Flow and PowerApps but it was a dead end. I think i found an API though. 
I have never done this before so any help is greatly appreciated. Maybe a blog or some documentation? I googled but didnt find anything.

    You can build a MS Flow or some console app (Task scheduler)to hit this end point on timely fashion: discovery.crmreplication.azure.net/.../index

    Hello, and thanks for the reply!

    Yes I saw this link before. But wasnt sure how to use it properly. Have you done this before or do you know if someone has written a blog post about it? I will try to see if I can make something out of what they give us in those links but Im stumbleing a bit in the dark.

    An update:

    Last week I created a Flow but get an error on the HTTP GET part. Its not much for an error message but I do get Statuscode=302.

    I used the http to the CRM environment and the DES profile I want to check for errors. Like this:

    CRMTest.com/.../failures

    Any ideas here? I logged in with the same account in Flow as I log into  https://CRMTest.com/crm
