Hi Experts,
I have integrated Mailchimp into CRM and successfully sent the Powermailchimp blast. But I am not able to view the statistics into the CRM. The dashboard tab is not available on the PowerMailChimp blast form for the record. Additionally the header fields like Total Clicks, people who opened etc. are also empty and not updated even after an hour of sending the blast.
As I have come to know that PowerMailChimp comes with two default reports, when I tried to run the report from ellipsis it was displayed "no reports available". How can I add reports in PowerMailChimp blast.
Please help.
