How to import json file with Data Exchange Definition?

Hey,

I would like to import a Json file with Data Exchange Definition.

I created a Data Exch. for this:

I also mapped two fields to a custom table:

Now I have no idea how to run this Exchange Definition.

I got a .json file which I would like to import into this table.

How can I do this?
