Hey everyone, 

I have a general SSRS report, and  I need to run it in Resco like I usually do on web CRM. I want to go to Reports entity -> Run it.

How can this be achieved in Resco? I published the reports entity so that it is displayed as a tab on the left hand of the application. A list of the reports was displayed, but I could not run any of the reports.

    Also, since the recent update of the Office 365, there is some more steps needed for the online instance of CRM server. It is described in this post
