2In the Dynamics timeline function, when I receive an email with my Outlook ID in the CC field, why are all my duplicate email addresses auto-populated when I use the 'Reply All' feature?
for example lets say alphamail@outllook.com is my outllok email id
and I recived email to Dynamics record with,
cc: alphamail@outllook.com
when I hit reply all
cc: [Includes all duplicate address record which has alphamail@outllook.com]
how can this be avoided
