Work is not creating even though partial release is enabled when automatic releasing of sales orders to warehouse

    Can you please provide some more information about the setup in your environment? Did it work before? Is it working for other items?

    Can you check whether there is an error visible in the work creation history log?

    Hi,
     
    If work is not being created during automatic release of sales orders, can you check the batch job for the error also here are few common reasons.
    >Reservation issue
      Check: Sales line  ->Inventory -> Reservation
    >Location directive failure
      Check: Warehouse management -> Setup -> Location directives, Also check Work creation history log.
    >Wave processing not triggered
      Check: Warehouse management -> Inquiries -> Wave -> Wave processing history and look for errors.
