I developed CRM 365 portal in Sandbox, How to install the solution into the Production instance.

You can use XrmToolbox Configuration deployer plugin

hi.. you can use the XRM Toolbox Plugin called "Portal Records Mover" to move your records.. or Microsoft released an Schema to be used with the Configuration Migration tool available in the SDK (I haven't used that yet though)
for the CRM Solutions.. do you already have the Portal provisioned in your Production instance? if not you need to go the the D365 Admin Center, and provision to that instance.. you can select your existing that is targeting Sandbox and simply change the CRM instance.. or you can add a new one but that will have additional costs
