ReportGOAL:
I need to learn how to install, configure, and use the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online) or Dynamics CRM Online to create a price list.
Currently, I have access to Dynamics 365 for Financials on a trial basis. However, when I attempt to install or activate Dynamics CRM Online it is not successful.
Issue # 1:
I need assistance in selecting and installing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online) or Dynamics CRM Online.
Also, for my current situation I need to uninstall Dynamics 365 for Financials.
Assistance is needed to complete the following task:
1. Create price lists and price list items to define pricing of products.

I am running the Microsoft apps on a Windows Surface PRO, Windows 10 OS, and Microsoft Edge browser.
Issue # 2:
There are several apps that are avialable on Microsoft AppSource website. However, I am unable to determine which of these apps will be helpful or even necessary for my needs.
For example:
1. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Sales Manager,
2. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Service Manager,
3. Microsoft Dynamics NAV - CRM Report,
4. Dynamics CRM Online Connector,
5. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Financials - CRM.
