Hi people!!

I try to sync Exchange server with CRM online. I always work with CRM online and Exchange Online.

Can I make it with server-side synchronization?

Can you help me?

Hi Jose!

It sounds like you're trying to configure Server Side Sync for a CRM Online deployment, to an Exchange Online deployment. If so, you can follow these steps:

crmbook.powerobjects.com/.../outlook-com-exchange-online

and

Hi Jose,

Server-side synchronization do not work with hybrid deployment like CRM Online with Exchange (on-premises).

To get the idea for supported service configuration for Server-side synchronization please refer below link:

You can use email router or outlook for that purpose till the time microsoft provide the support for hybrid configuration, thanks.
