This is the error message i got on the on premise business central.

    Seems that your current version having some customization which is using some custom control or DLL file and this is causing the issue while starting the instance, if its true, please consult if you have upgraded it to the developer.

    There is a add-in catalog in the programfolder of the BC server installation.

    You have code in your solution that refers to a dll / library that is used and that is missing in the add-in catalogue.
