what is the formula for showing data for a quarter?

I want to add the column defnition, Q1, Q2 for my rows. However, it's not giving me any values for these columns.

For e.g. row is 'Revenue' but columns Q1 and Q2 are blank.

What formula I should be entering for Q1 and Q2 so it gives me revenue by quarter for column Q1 and Q2?
