Chrome and BC compatibility

Dear All

often my users who are using google Chrome, face the following issues with the BC, where it will show communication with the server failed, and the content cannot be displayed

On the same device, if we switch to use FireFox or Edge, there will be no issues

How do we rectify this issues?

Hi,

It is Version: W1 15.2 (Platform 15.0.38951.0 + Application 15.2.39040.0)

on Prem version

This is quite buggy CU. You should perform an update of both platform and apps to 15.9 https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=101613

This should be able to resolve the issue with Chrome.
