Hi,
I was wondering if this is a bug of the field Approval ID in Approval User Setup.
When click three dots will get to the page as below:
When enter a value will get error message
The field Approver ID of table User Setup contains a value (123) that cannot be found in the related table (User Setup)."
Even though I went to User Setup page, there is no such a field "Approver ID".
Both pages use the same table - user setup. You need to add more users to the page. You cannot be your own approver and you only have one record in the page based on your screen grab
In your workflow are you approving based on Approver ID or Salesperson/Purchaser. That will drive which field is being looked at. You must have another approver unless you have unlimited approval and are the approval admin.
Hi, As mentioned by several other experts, the user must first be added to the User Setup page.
