Email setup in GP2013 R2 step by step process

Hi friends,

I have installed Dynamics GP 2013 R2 in my client system. Now i need to know how to set up Email Configuration step by step approach. In have tried by using MDGP help, but that doesn't helped me out.

Sathya,

Take a look at Tools > Setup > System > Workflow Setup. You can configure both email and email actions on this dialog. After that, you'll need to configure email on your individual workflows.

Did you get any assistance on this? I've been looking to see what we've done wrong with the configuraitons but we are not able to see any issues.
