Business Central: External Auditing requirements

Hi friends,

The external auditor is requesting some documents on BC Application.   Like what region our data is stored in, retention/ back-up/recovery policies, Purge process, Virus and malware protection etc.  By the way, the BC is North America version.  Please advise are there any downable version of agreement available?
