This security features has been enabled on each Google Account. But even with this option enabled, some users can't synchronize their mailbox in D365.

You need to check Gmail Security, Gmail will at times block connections from third party apps. While Dynamics 365 uses built-in security features to keep data safe, it is not exempt from Google's own built-in security features. To enable this connection:

We changed the password, according to the Google password policy.
Unfortunately, this has not changed the problem. We still get the same error message when activating the mailbox in Dynamics 365.
Weird thing, User can receive the security message in their Gmail : "sign-in attempt was blocked" with the link "check activity"
Have you got other options to authorize sync between Google and D365?
