Hello i got this message from a customer installation :
Your environment Production could not be updated
Your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment Production could not be updated to version 21.5 because one or more of the installed extensions is not compatible.
Current version: 21.4
Available version: 21.5
Depending on the error and your permissions to manage extensions, you may need to contact your partner or the extension publisher to perform mitigation. Microsoft support is not able to assist with third-party extensions.

While you can continue to use your environment with incompatible extensions installed on the current version 21.4, your environment cannot be updated until you resolve the compatibility issues. If you do not resolve these issues within 90 days after the closure of the update period for version 21.5, your incompatible extensions will automatically be uninstalled so that the update can succeed. Please ensure that you’ve resolved any compatibility issues prior to this date to avoid the loss of functionality that incompatible extensions provide.
Fix the extension error
1. Review breaking changes introduced in version 21.5 and how to resolve them.
2. Make the required changes to the incompatible extension(s), compile the extension against version 21.5, and perform the necessary tests to verify that the functionality is correct.
3. Upload the fixed extension(s) using the Extension Management page in Dynamics 365 Business Central and select the appropriate version for which the updated extension is compatible.
4. Reschedule the update from the Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center.
Uninstall the extension(s)
1. Navigate to the Extension Management page in Dynamics 365 Business Central and uninstall the incompatible extension(s).
2. Reschedule the update from the Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center.
i tried to install the apps to a docker 21.5 and it works, do you have any suggestion?
