Download APP Dynamics 365 for PCs

Hi everyone!

We can't download the App Dynamics 365 for PC from Microsoft Store.

It's not just a today problem, since are days that i'm looking to download it for work's reasones. I tried to disable the various proxies and use different hotspot and WiFi access points. I didn't find answers on-line to this problem, please help me! hundreds of users depend on it.

e.g. when i'm trying to get it from the store, the system start to download it, but stop at 178 KB or do not start at all.


The Error Code is: 0x80240013

    You'll likely have more success in the Windows forums, then.  This is an App Store issue, not a dynamics issue.

    Run the App Troubleshooter: support.microsoft.com/.../windows-10-run-the-troubleshooter-for-apps

    This is really going to be more of a Windows/App Store issue than Dynamics.
