Not able to scan barcode from Warehouse Management APP

Hello everyone,
 
I am unable to scan a barcode using the Warehouse Management application in D365. When I scan the barcode in the application, I receive this message.

The barcode value : ]c138PO00003084~39C-0030-04-08~3001
(In my case, I simply copied the value into the input field)

    Thank you for your response.
     
    I have modified my parameters, but I am still experiencing the same behavior.
     
     
    Here is the scanned value: ]c138PO00003118~39C-0030-04-08~3001
     
    • PoNum: PO00003118 (10 characters)
    • ItemId: C-0030-04-08 (12 characters)
    • Qty: 01 (2 characters)

    Hi,
    An inconsistency in your settings was found in the documentation. Your custom application identifier 38 is marked as fixed length, and you specified the group separator on the warehouse management parameters page. Additionally, enter the maximum number of characters that can appear in values ​​scanned using this application identifier. If the "Fixed Length" checkbox is checked, it should be exactly this number of characters. Please carefully check your other settings according to the documentation.
