How to manage the Permission sets For Users

Hi Experts,

we have a few users using Business central for their day to day activities. in that everyone can view or see everything.

like a sales guy can see chart of accounts. we tried to figure out the solution by exploring permission sets and User groups. but they are so many analyze.

I would love to hear some advice from you guys. 

It Would be also great , if you guys send me any other real time template(Excel File or some other data) that you guys follow to achieve this.

    I would recommend that you contact your partner and have them sit down with you and design a permission strategy that will work for your business needs.  It is important to understand the object structure of Business Central in order to implement a good and efficient permission management.
