Export-NAVData : Direct database access is unsupported when extensions are installed.

I am trying to export companies from a database using powershell command. 
 
I am getting the below error.
 
Whether we need to uninstall all the extension before running the command.
 
Kindly suggest any solution.

    In addition,, I recommend that you use SQL Server management tools to back up and restore databases. The .navdata file cannot be imported if the table structure changes.
