Email Sync or Tracking from exchange 2016 to CRM 2016

Dear All,

I have created a test environment for exchange 2016 and Dynamic CRM 2016, both  on premises and did Server Side sync.

Now I want to sync all mails coming in exchange to CRM. Even after server side sync, I cant view any mail inside CRM

Kindly please update the method to achieve it

    Hi,

    open email server profile and check alert if an error pops up in the list.

    test and enable mailbox , you should get test mail in ur outlook or in crm
