Getting an error when trying to create an account...Business Process error

CRM 2016 - when trying to create an account, I get the below error.  Wondering how I can resolve this.

    Hi,

    Do you have any plugin ? Seems this is related to .NET framework version and the Microsoft.SharePoint.Client dll version  compatibility issue.

    Which version of .NET framework are you using? If you are using  latest version then try to use latest Sharepoint dll.

    I found out that this happens only with the Account record, I can create/save other records just fine.  Still not sure how to resolve it.

    also, when I go to the documents from an account, I can't get at any of the locations, keeps saying page cannot be displayed.

    any help is appreciated.  I can create a different record other than Account just fine

    Hello,

    You have plugin CRM.Account.CreateFolder.SiteFolderOnAccountCreation - deactivate it or fix it to solve your error.

    Settings -> Customization -> Customize System -> SDK Message Processing steps -> Look for CRM.Account.CreateFolder.SiteFolderOnAccountCreation there -> select it and click "Deactivate".
