Hi,
while providing support for exicting customers, I am wondering, if there is any add on, tool to record/view uses steps before getting error, with screenshoots/details about environment, set up etc for better handling of support tickets.
Any reccomendations of exicting solutions for such request are appreciated.

There is also a Power BI app that you can run on top of AppInsight that makes it easier for you to focus on the relevant information.

There is no such feature is available. You can track via Change Log functionality or Troubleshot the issue with Debugger,
