Problem with Rating in TMS

Hi all,

I'm having problems with rating in routing with TMS, I do all the stuff but when I go to the workbench, creates a route but with an exception called Rate method not configured, and I've tried all the parameters but I'm unable to find the solution. I'm trying to run TImeZone Engine

Hi P,

If your able to take a trace, it maybe easier to find the error and confirm which Rate method is being selected. Also, If you would like further assistance from Microsoft, please open a service request via LCS.

Hi PCLOSA,

Can you share a screenshot of your rate method master. It should look something like below screenshot.

I think you are working in an entity configured for UK. Generally this master is called Rate Engine.

Also do you mean running zone engine along with transit time engine?

Hi Allen, I've opened a request to Microsoft, but I have no solution. They say is a configuration issue, but I'm sure is an engine problem, because the same parameters for Piece Engine works well, but with zone don't

Hi Allen, I don't know how to put a trace the way you say in your mail. The rate method is PostalZoneWeight engine.

Hi PCLOSA,

Please open a new thread once your questions start focusing on other areas.

You should make your route plan and route guide and for your from and to locations and once you have created a load for the corresponding address you have to use rate route workbench to assign related routes to your load.

Click route or rate with route to allow D365 to show all relative available routes. You can assign the one which you want by clicking assign
