I would like to have a Call Duration timer and capture the value of that timer. Thanks in advance!

Out of the box we have the session timer ...
neilparkhurst.com/.../usd-session-timer
That might meet your needs but is a timer for the session rather than the time you actually spent on the call. Assuming you have CTi events for the call starting and being disconnected I guess you could start / stop the timer on these.
If not you would probably need to look to your telephony solution for an answer.
