Can't save Payments if amount is less than $10000

Hi fellows,

When i try to save payment form by entering less than 10,000 in the amount field it stops me and give the error: The payment amount can't be less than total amount applied to invoices. If you contact support, please provide the technical details.

Please guide!

Have you downloaded the log file from the error message? Can you post it in your question?

As per my understanding from the error log file.

You have some validation in plugin on save of payment which checks for the entered amount on payment form is less than the total amount on Invoice then throw exception.

It seems like your have a pre-validate event for the Update message of the msdyn_payment entity.

Please check the business logic there.

Hi Ebad,

If you are not using Field Service module than just deactivate the plugin 'Microsoft.Dynamics.FieldService.FieldServicePlugin'.

I think this will resolve your problem.
