How to Setup Kofax OCR service with multiple Legal Entities in Dynamics 365 BC

Hello 

Is it possible ? We have multiple legal entities .. I succeed to configure the OCR connection (KOFAX - BC) and it perfectly works.

But when I shifted to another Entity (company) of the same BC account I got the following error :

"A call to System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse failed with this message: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized."

Anyone know how to solve it ?

    Kofax is used by a 3rd party add on called Ex Flow. They have all the BC parts figured out for multi company. Trial it and see

    Hi Janna,

    It works fine to use Kofax Readsoft Online agains several companies in Business Central without having to use Exflow or any other invoice handling / procurement system.

    It just requires the correct setup of your Readsoft online account.  I have not put together a step by step guide for this yet, but i have been running it for almost a year now.
