Well,
The feature just builds a web link for track the parcel.
As first step you need to setup Shipping Agent.
You need enter an Internet address for the shipping agent.
// This is the real service (tracking service) from DHL, UPS.. etc…
Check dhl.com for pick right internet address, (we will use test parcel number - 1234567)
Go to Business Central:
Setup for Shipping Agent (DHL) \ Internet Address: www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking.html?tracking-id=%1&submit=1 // start from www (!), instead of number in the original link use %1
In Posted Sales Shipment set Package Tracking No. = 1234567
And… Tracking Package action open the web link:
