Product bundles: can we sell components individually?

We are looking into creating some product bundles, but we also want to be able to continue selling components separately. Is this possible? Our concern is raised by this statement in D365 bundle article:

Product bundles enable businesses to group multiple items so that they can be priced and sold together. They provide an easy way to ensure that the correct items are always sold and priced together.

*We are not using Commerce.

Thank you!

    Hy,

yes this works. You can sell the individual item on a sales order as well as the product bundle, where that item in one of the components.
For the indivudual item you have a item price (base sales price, trade agreement, ...) and for the product bundle you have separte pricing.

    Hope this helps.
