    Hi Hesham,

For now, there is no the feature to copy and paste attachment, create an idea for this requirement: experience.dynamics.com/.../

    Hi Hesham,

Attachments cannot be copied from one form to another form until there is a functionality already built into the system. For other scenarios you might need to do customizations.

Without customization, you will need to do it manually i.e. export and add files again (like you mentioned).

Dear All thanks alot for your helpful replies,

OK, so lemme rephrase the request,

Can I copy paste the attachment from (somewhere to somewhere) inside the system? or I must export and add files again ?

    thanks..

    Hi Hesham,

As you know that each PR line can be converted in different PO, so Dynamics will move attachment from PR lines to respective PO .

It will not transfer the attachment on PR header

    Hi Hesham,

PR lines attachment can be transferred to PO line, but PR header attachment can not be transferred to PO.

    Hi Hesham,

It has to be done manually.

You can make a customization to take care of this though. Please check this link to check how this can be done.
