We have always created a Purchase Order or Transfer and then exported it to an Excel worksheet. We have 2 stores and this feature continues to work fine at one but not at the other. Both store RMS version is 2.0.2022
We have tried first to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Office but no change. We then uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft RMS 2.0 with the CU5 feature upgrade plus the 2.0.2022 hotfix upgrade. Still no change. We also restarted the computer.
We are able create sales and item reports and export them in the normal fashion. Hope someone can help.
