What is causing this error message when posting the warehouse shipment? 
 
 
 

If requesting support, please provide the following details to help troubleshooting:

Error message:
Reserved Qty. (Base) must be equal to '1' in Assembly Header: Document Type=Order, No.=AOR-00004220. Current value is '0'.

    Hi,
     
    This is because on your Sales Document, you have setup Assembly to order quantity, however there is no reservation entry created between Assembly Output and Sales Line. Due to this it is throwing error.
     
    Create a reservation between Assembly Output and Sales Line, it will solve the error.

    Removing Reservation Entries should solve this problem; perhaps you have automatic reservation enabled.

    Hello,
     
    This means the sales line is still treated as Assemble-to-Order, so BC expects a reservation link between the sales line and assembly order AOR-00004220 for quantity 1, but that link is missing, so Reserved Qty. (Base) on the assembly header is 0 instead of 1 and posting the warehouse shipment stops. In practice, this usually happens because the ATO reservation got broken after changes to the sales line or assembly order, like quantity, location/bin, item tracking, reservation changes, or recreating warehouse documents. So the cause is basically a broken ATO reservation/order-to-order link, not the warehouse shipment itself.
