Greetings,

We are going to be implementing the Dynamics 365 mobile phone app for our sales team.

We are used to the CRM for Outlook client in our desktop Outlook apps.

While the Dynamics CRM for mobile looks good, our staff will want to track emails, tasks, from their mobile phones as well. They are currently using default Galaxy and iOS email apps which wouldn't have the CRM Outlook client. Are mobile Outlook apps capable of syncing with CRM as the desktop version can?

If not, any suggestions that will allow such tracking of activities in CRM through a mobile email client?

To track emails on their mobiles they will need to use outlook online with the lightweight app client installed - technet.microsoft.com/.../dn946901.aspx

This is different to the mobile app - it is added into outlook (hence why you need to use the web version of outlook on the phone).
