Download Log file button is disabled in Plugin profiler

HI 

I've this issue and really I need your help,

We are  using CRM 2013 on premise, we are facing errors on some plugins so we need to debug them.

Plugin Profiler is activated, but when error appears the button Download Log File is disabled, so we are not able to download it.

    Dear friend this was solved by using  PluginRegistration tool from SDK folder of 2015 version.

    So in this way we managed to download this file.
