Loading Product Specifications Module in E-com site

I'm working on ecom site development using site builder. On default product details page, none of the products load product specifications. The product specs module only loads search keywords as a single row.

In fabrikam site, I see that the same product loads multiple specifications like Item Number, customer favourite, staff favourite, brand etc..

How can I set and get all the above mentioned product specifications on my site.??

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Have you can get the product lists at site builder?

Have you setup the correct "Channel product hierarchy", "Channel navigation categories" and "Channel categories and product attributes"?

I suggest you log a new service request to cooperate with Microsoft Commerce support team to double check it.

    Hope this can help you.

    Hi,

On the Fabrikam PDP page, you'll see the specific attributes configured for each product.  For example if I pick a Fabrikam shoe, I see attributes for "Collection", "Shoe type" and "Brand".

    Here's a link to setting up attributes : docs.microsoft.com/.../attribute-attributegroups-lifecycle

Once you have attributes setup and configured for a product and a category, you'll also need to turn them on for the e-Commerce site from within HQ.

Go to the “Channel categories and product attributes” page, select the e-Commerce channel you are working on, then "Set attribute metadata".  Next select the category node that your product is part of and you should see the list of attributes under the "Channel product attributes" section.  Select the ones you want to show up and turn on the "Show attribute on channel" switch.  You can also turn on the "Can be refined" if you want the attribute to be refineable on the category page. Once you save and close the form,  ensure you select "Publish channel updates". Last you'll need to run the "1070" job from the "distribution schedule" page in HQ.

    I hope that helps,

    Sam
