Hi Folks,
Today, I was looking into my system jobs(Worklflow)and found that there are 100K + of them in waiting status reason. The reason being the user who created workflow is now inactive. Is there anyway to run this jobs on a schedule basis. I had this similar issue previously it was Onprem able to fix. But this time its online.
Please let me know if there us any workaround.
Thanks and Regards
Ravi. B

Hi Ravi,
you should persuade your client to reactivate the user, eventually modifying his role to avoid any unwanted update over excluded entities.
Then proceed as shown.

Hi Francesco,
Thanks for the reply. I knew this process and implemented in the past but my current client doesn't want to activate the user also there are around 100K jobs in waiting state and I don't think this solves my problem. If there are very few records then I can proceed as said above, but not for such huge number of records as I have.
Hi Ravi,
if the problem is the user is inactive, you have to:
1) deactivate workflow
2) assign to crm admin o active user
3) reactivate it
Then:
1) if you cant delete all old jobs, reactivate temporarly the user
2) otherwise delete them
Please let me know.
