Please confirm the Location Card > Warehouse Tab and Bin Tab contents. You say WMS - so do you have Directed Put-away and Pick selected? That will impact the flow of the process.
As noted in the response, an Item Reclassification Journal may be posted (if not using Directed Put-away & Pick) or a Whse. Item Reclassification Journal (if using Directed Put-away & Pick) to directly move inventory to another Bin.
In DP&P, you may also use a Movement Worksheet to generate a Movement to transfer Inventory from one Bin to another Bin.
