mail attachments subgrid bugs (crm 2013)

hi all.

when opening an incoming email with several attachments, while navigating through the attachments sub-grid (clicking in the arrow to the right) and reaching the end of the list, the arrows completely disappear, making it impossible to go back to the first attachments.

any ideas on why this is happening and is there a way to workaround this?

I'm using CRM 2013 SP1 w/ UR1, on-premises.

Thanks in advance,

EDIT: i've found out that indeed the SP1 UR2 solves this issue.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Arish.

I've tried in all possible browsers and the problem persists, but recently i figured out that theoretically upgrading to SP1 UR2 solves this issue (Microsoft: "Navigating to the second page of a sub grid will cause the total record count to disappear. Navigating to the last page of the sub grid will cause the entire paging bar to disappear").

But i don't know other possible negative impacts it can have on PROD environment if i rush in upgrading it.

    Thanks for your feedback,

    Regards,

check with different browser for the same issue. this may be because of browser compatibility.
