Hi, hope the following can give you some hints.
Dynamics 365 Business Central: How to hide page inspection details (Table Fields, Extensions, Page Filters and View table action)

    Thanks.

As an administrator, you can control access to the full details that are shown in the Page Inspection pane by configuring the permissions that users have. To grant a user permission to the full details, give users Execute permission on the System object 5330. You can grant this permission by using a permission set (such as D365 Troubleshoot) or a user group (such as D365 Troubleshoot). For more information about permissions, see Assign Permissions to Users and Groups.

Users who aren't granted permissions on System object 5330 can still access the Page Inspection pane, but they will only see the Page and Table fields, which display basic details that they can pass on to their support team.

You need to play with the system permission sets.
See if system 5330 is adding any value. Try from your side.

To harness the full potential of Page Inspection in Business Central, the minimum, or most restrictive, permission set a user needs to have is Execute permission on two system objects - System Object 5330 and System Object 1350 (Run table). Both appropriate permissions are included in the standard Troubleshoot Tools permission set.

Even without those permissions, the user can still launch the Page Inspection pane using the NAV designer link, but they will only be able to see basic page and table information. The information provided to a user without Execute permission will not show field values, extensions, or filtering values on the page. The Execute permissions on both of these system objects unlocks the user's full capabilities to inspect the page in Business Central, and all of the underlying data tables, structures, and fields. This can be a valuable tool for an administrator, developer, or power user.

If there is a need to limit a user's access to page inspection in Business Central, the administrator can always remove or restrict the permission to these system objects accordingly to provide a balance between security and usability.

    Namaste Brett ,

To grant a user permission to the full details, give users Execute permission on the System object 5330.
If you want user to see the basic details of tables and page , User can view from inspect page - button . You remove the above access .

Users who have permissions of Object 5330 and Object 1350 can have access to page inspection, checkout Zhu's article https://yzhums.com/34832/

In Business Central, to allow a user to use Page Inspection (Ctrl+Alt+F1), the minimum permission they need is:

    • System Object ID 0, System Object Type = TableData, Read permission

    • And Execute permission on the Page Inspection system object

In practice, the easiest way to grant this is to assign the built-in permission set: D365 Troubleshoot

This is the most restrictive standard permission set that still allows Page Inspection. It gives read-only access to inspect page fields, source tables, and extensions, without giving access to modify data or other admin features.

    Thanks

    Hi,
    • Full Page Inspection requires:
      • Execute on System Object 5330 (Page Inspection)
      • Execute on System Object 1350 (System diagnostics/metadata)
      • Execute on the Page being inspected
      • Read on the page’s underlying TableData
    • “D365 TROUBLESHOOT” includes the needed system executes and read-only access, so it works for full inspection without data changes.
    Caveats:
    • Exact object names/IDs can vary slightly by version/localization, but 5330 and 1350 are the standard IDs.
    • Without TableData Read or Page Execute, users won’t see detailed fields/records even if 5330/1350 are granted.
