UDF Not Showing on Picking Ticket

I've modified the Packing List to include the User Defined Fields from the SOP Options. It works.

I need to also add the UDF 4 and User Defined List 1 (is this called User Defined Table 1 ?)

I add the fields via Report Writer
Print the XML
Switch to the Report Manager and add the fields to the modified Word template
Save to a folder
Add the updated Word template to the Remote Manager and overwrite the existing report.

Everything looks good, but the fields don't print on the Standard Report or Word Template.

Thoughts?
