Is there an in-house solution from Microsoft to integrate Dynamics CRM (version 1612 (8.2.3.8) (DB 8.2.3.8) on-premises) and the Team Foundation Server 2017?
Problem: The development works with work items from the SAFe template on the TFS. Customer Support records cases in Dynamics. To submit the cases as feature requests to development, they have to be transferred into TFS work items by manual work (copy-paste).
