Business Central Outlook add-in error

Hi,

I'm using BC wave 2 on-premise with the Outlook add-in integration. For most part it seems to work well. The issue comes when we try to create a quote or sales order. I get the error Trying to reconnect. Please close and reopen add-in.

Need help, thank you.

    have same issue, in new window it works BUT then there will be no line suggestions, ewen if it should be if in mail there are all info

    Note that, if I click on pop out window and I create a quote it works.
