How can we send encrypted email from Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online?

Please suggest any good solution.

Hi Ankit,

two types of encryption

1. Data in rest:

Dynamics 365 online, all new and upgraded organizations use data encryption by default.

2. Data in motion: (In your case)

CASB: Cloud Access Security Brokers offers greater control over sensitive customer data

–Eg: VaultiveCloud Security for Dynamics 365

CASB is a concept, and you can implement is using tools like Vaultive.

I am not sure about free encrypted email solution, however if you have time in your hand you can develop some kind of homegrown solution, using custom code. This again will have limited reach as far as online crm is concern.

When you say encrypted email, do you mean only the body or whole email (to/from etc)?

can you share the exact requirement.

I want to send only encrypted body in email.

If email contain any attachment then it should me encrypted.
